TQLO is looking for an experienced technology leader to take on the key role of Chief Technology Officer. The CTO will be responsible for shaping the technology strategy, architecture, and engineering teams, ensuring our platforms remain secure, scalable, and innovative. This is a role for a strategic yet hands-on leader who can connect business priorities with technology execution and inspire high-performing teams.


Your responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term technology, architecture, and infrastructure vision.

  • Ensure the delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure platforms in line with industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

  • Establish and enforce technology governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.

  • Lead the modernization of legacy systems, transitioning toward a unified and future-proof product architecture.

  • Build, scale, and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and accountability.

  • Partner with the CPO and executive leadership to align product and technology strategies with business objectives.

  • Introduce and oversee performance metrics to ensure efficiency, quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence throughout the engineering function.


Our requirements

  • Senior technology leadership: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Technical expertise: Solid background in SaaS, cloud platforms, .NET, Azure, and API-driven architectures; exposure to payments, fintech, or travel tech is an advantage.

  • Transformation skills: Proven track record in driving technology modernization, reducing technical debt, and ensuring platform stability.

  • Strategic mindset: Ability to connect long-term vision with operational excellence and execution discipline.

  • People leadership: Strong skills in building, mentoring, and scaling distributed high-performing engineering teams.

  • Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Success indicators: High platform reliability and performance, predictable engineering delivery, measurable modernization progress, and positive stakeholder feedback.
