We are building agentic AI systems that accelerate scientific discovery, integrating Generative AI, deep learning, and rigorous experimental design. Our projects often bridge AI with chemistry, life sciences, and material design — creating prototypes and scalable solutions that redefine research workflows.


IF YOU ARE

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder in Chemistry, or a related field

  • Experienced in Generative AI, deep learning, or computational science with proven impact in industry or academia

  • Skilled in designing and deploying agentic AI systems (multi-agent orchestration, automated reasoning, multimodal model integration)

  • Knowledgeable in Design of Experiments (DoE), statistical modeling, or experimental optimization

  • Familiar with chemistry, materials science, or related research domains

  • Proficient in Python, with strong grounding in algorithms, data structures, and engineering mathematics

  • Capable of reproducing and extending research from academic papers

  • Experienced with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable AI infrastructure

  • Strong in leadership, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration

  • Known for research foresight and the ability to align R&D initiatives with strategic goals

  • Fluent in English (upper-intermediate level, or higher)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Lead complex, cross-disciplinary research projects from concept to deployment, delivering high-impact outcomes — publications, patents, prototypes, and production-ready solutions

  • Design and develop agentic AI platforms for scientific research acceleration, including orchestrating multimodal models, automated experimentation, and iterative hypothesis refinement

  • Conduct feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and technology demonstrations in emerging AI-driven R&D areas

  • Apply DoE principles to optimize research workflows and validate outcomes

  • Drive innovation at the intersection of AI and material design

  • Oversee the full R&D lifecycle, from data pipeline integration to experimental feedback loops

  • Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation

  • Represent the company at leading AI, computational science, and industry conferences

  • Advise stakeholders on AI adoption, R&D technology strategy, and cross-domain integration

  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify AI-enabled research opportunities
