  • Support CR payments and budgeting by ensuring that RTP principles are implemented and procedures followed
  • Address supplier related inquires related to the transacting of Purchase Orders, processing of invoices, and/or supplier master data
  • Create content for training and lead workshops with key internal stakeholders to share knowledge and influence outcomes
  • Proactively identify continuous improvement, data quality remediation, and automation opportunities to result in clear business benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with cross-functional teams to drive integrated outcomes (Leadership Team, Project Managers, Planners)
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for RTP processes (knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, teaching, and applying good practices)
  • Oversee CR contracts/Statement of Work assuring that contractual closes are respected and follow Shell’s policy
  • Assure compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (requestor, business partner, suppliers, fellow associates)
  • Implement Line of Defense 1 controls and regularly report incidents
Our requirements
  • A genuine interest and solid understanding in either of RTP, Contracting & Procurement, AP and Vendor Management processes
  • Experienced in managing confidential information
  • Experienced in vendor and project management and/or commercial deals that have multiple impacts on multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical strength and an interest in measurement and ability to use data analysis for continuous improvement (Excel and SERP, GSAP or equivalent ERP knowledge)
  • Strong listening and influencing skills backed up by an understanding of the business needs, cultural practices and stakeholder expectations for different projects
  • Ability to communicate and influence confidently in a simple manner, drawing on professional expertise, relevant data & evidence
  • Integrative working style: ability to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and deliver challenging projects without formal control
  • A learner mindset: being a role model in your levels of curiosity and reflection and encouraging people to learn from their mistakes and successes

The newly created Corporate Relations (CR) Requisition to Pay Adviser position is based in Krakow where a growing Planning & Performance Community provides cutting-edge operations at the nerve center of the Function. Drawing on a strong base of professional excellence, we aspire to be the best at achieving successful integrated outcomes for the function through effective Planning and Performance management.

The successful candidate will run RTP, reporting, and risk assurance activities ensuring that CR has effective financial processes and incompliance is proactively addressed. Strong support is required in implementing consistent ways of working and best practices across CR and facilitating it's implementation at central/country/region level. The position reports to the CR Planning Team Lead.
