• Production Planning & Execution: oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of orders
• Team Management: lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and development
• Process Optimization: identify opportunities for improving production processes, reducing waste, and maximizing efficiency
• Quality Control: ensure that all products meet the high-quality standards required for the wind energy industry.
• Health & Safety Compliance: maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaboration: work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and engineering to ensure seamless production flow
• Reporting: monitor and report on key production metrics, including output, quality, and downtime

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management role in manufacturing industry
• Good English is a must, both written and spoken, as you will collaborate with international teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams to success
• Ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in composite materials or fiber reinforcements, would be an asset
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
