Prompt Engineer

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting prompts that align with our clients' requirements, evaluating prompt efficacy through rigorous testing, and working closely with different departments to ensure prompt precision aligns with our business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality prompts that precisely align with clients' needs and requirements.
• Conduct tests to analyse the effectiveness of prompts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements effectively.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability throughout the prompt generation process.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources for users.
• Monitor trends and best practices in AI, and introduce innovations and improvements as needed.

What We Expect:

• Basic proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with prompt generation techniques and algorithms.
• High-level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: ability to logically break down complex problems, propose precise but innovative solutions, and think through edge cases.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1+).
• Knowledge of another foreign language will be a strong plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence or a related field will be considered an advantage.
