Our client is a company that has been operating in the market for almost 20 years. It is part of an international metrology conglomerate that provides dedicated 3D measurement systems with specialized inspection software worldwide. The company specializes in implementing comprehensive solutions, including CMM measuring machines, and provides comprehensive service support along with technical support for software and hardware.

Application Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for customers through remote desktop within measurement software
  • Performing measurements on request on a CMM machine, scanner, or measuring arm
  • Organizing training sessions at customer sites
  • Conducting training at the DEMO Center and at customer locations
  • Supervising customer inquiries and reporting work in the CRM system


Requirements:

  • General knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Technical education (secondary or higher)
  • Good command of English language in speaking and writing
  • Independence, initiative, and proactivity in action
  • Ability to work in an international, diverse team
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for work, availability, and driving practice
