We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and a solid track record in the food processing sector. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining PI System solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Aveva OSIsoft PI Systems.
• Design and configure PI System architecture, ensuring effective data integration.
• Build and manage PI Asset Framework (AF) models for structured data organization.
• Set up and maintain PI Data Archive for optimal data storage and retrieval.
• Configure data flows between shop floor systems (PLCs, SCADA) and PI Systems.
• Facilitate seamless MES integration with PI Systems for end-to-end efficiency.
• Utilize PI DataLink for advanced reporting and analysis.

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in PI System tools such as PI Vision, PI Data Archive, and PI Integrator.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL programming.
• Hands-on experience with PI Interfaces, Connectors, and UFL for data integration.
• Familiarity with transferring data between control systems and MES solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes.
