About the project

The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business process owners, IT implementation partners (MSP), and executive sponsors, guiding the successful implementation and harmonization of the Strategic Portfolio Management module across Fresenius’ global landscape. This person will own the product vision for SPM, translate business goals into system capabilities, and drive adoption by ensuring best-practice use of out-of-the-box functionality rather than customization. This is a high-impact, hybrid business–technology leadership role that will, as part of the Global Platform Team, operate at the intersection of business process design, enterprise IT architecture, and stakeholder alignment.

Your responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision & roadmap for SPM aligned with strategic portfolio and project management goals
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate requirements from diverse global stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations, PMO, etc.)
  • Ensure harmonization of processes end-to-end
  • Collaborate closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) running the technical implementation to ensure business requirements are delivered
  • Promote adoption of best practices and standards, out-of-the-box functionalities to reduce complexity
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment across regions, departments, and business units
  • Communicate and report effectively at all levels - from operational teams to executive management
Our requirements
  • At least 5 years in Enterprise Portfolio / Project Management Systems (preferably ServiceNow SPM)
  • Proven record of leading implementations or re-implementations of large-scale SPM tools in complex, multinational environments
  • Strong exposure to global business process harmonization and change management
  • Understanding of PMO and IT portfolio governance models
  • Agile delivery mindset (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid enterprise models)
  • Experience with enterprise architecture alignment and ITIL or PPM frameworks
  • Residing in Poland required
