This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established team in Zielona Góra that will strengthen existing engineering teams within B2C2. We need smart, self-driven individuals as they will take more and more responsibilities over time. Successful candidates will help us shape the future of our best-in-class trading platform where large institutional clients trade crypto, FX, CFDs, Options and lend / borrow. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
NOTE: At this stage, the offer is addressed to candidates currently residing in Zielona Góra (no relocation please).
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications and components for our cutting-edge tech stack
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Work closely with other teams to investigate and solve issues
- Maintain and enforce good quality internal documentation
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and some design patterns
- Clean and efficient coding style
- Experience with Kafka, Redis and/or gRPC is great to have
- Understanding of web technologies and protocols (e.g. HTTP, WebSocket)
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL is a plus
- Some experience with Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes and/or AWS is a plus
- Interest in crypto and/or trading is nice to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A problem solver with a keen eye for detail
- Eager to learn
