Maitenance Engineer

• Ensure the continuous operation of equipment, machinery, and production installations
• Analysis of machines technical documentation provided by suppliers
• Building maintenance plans based on manufacturer's guidelines, internal standards and experience
• Creation of standards, instructions and trainings for maintenance and production operators
• Cooperation within maintenance department, production, quality and other involved
• Continuous analysis of related KPI’s
• Implementation of problem solving methods to diagnose problems affecting production process efficiency and final product quality
• Initiation and participation in optimization workshops

• Experience in production plant in maintenance area - ability to analyze processes and build process documentation
• Excellent knowledge of technical drawing
• TPM experience (among other: prevention, autonomous maintenance)
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of root cause analysis tools
• Excel on advance level
• ERP systems knowledge will be an advantage
• English B2 level, Polish C2
• Positive attitude, ready and open for new challenges
• Effective communication skills

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in Poland, Nysa Plant. In this role you will be responsible for creation and keeping of maintenance plans for dedicated production lines. You will be reporting to Plant Asset Manager.
