  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within multinational advertising or technology companies, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and product analysts, across multiple geographical locations
  • Extensive experience in driving product strategy and execution, with a focus on delivering innovative advertising solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Experience in delivering impactful product initiatives that drive business growth and enhance user experience
  • Strong understanding of global advertising markets, industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated success in organizational development, including talent acquisition, coaching, and team building across diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • History of collaborating effectively with global stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership
  • Experience working in an agile product development environment, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

As a Product Site Lead in our client's multinational advertising product company, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of advertising product portfolio and driving the success of global organization. You will partner with internal teams across the globe (US, Korea, India, UK) to help drive roadmap, while talking to key stakeholders in business and technical teams. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving the success of company advertising technology, helping it to build modern and effective systems which will be use to deliver targeted ads to its users.
