  • Support R&D Management within the planning and management of research and development (R&D) activities and resources. Support the development of projects and identify the budget of the specific functional area
  • Lead a Team of 20 people : R&D Engineers, Data Analytics Engineers and Software Developers in order to meet requirements of product development projects.
  • Creates technology roadmaps for assigned domain. Provides input to leadership regarding technology strategy planning
  • Drives and fosters a culture of innovation within the Team
  • As part of the Engineering R&D Team you will be also involved in product and systems features development
  • Work in a global team, share knowledge and experience with other team members, cooperate with 3rd parties, cooperate with local Universities
Our requirements
  • University degree preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in research & development, technology, product development or laboratory.
  • Previous experience in people management as a Line Manager is required.
  • Knowledge and relevant experience in research and development processes.
  • Effective stakeholders management.
  • A solution-focused approach and strong communications skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
