Our Client is responsible for delivering IT projects for both Polish and international clients. Scope of work is diverse — from designing, building, and implementing solutions, to preparing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems, defining business requirements, supporting testing processes, and developing mobile applications. Within the department, we provide IT advisory services, primarily for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad.


We are currently looking for candidates for the position of: RPA Low Code Document Understanding Developer (Hypatos Developer)


Responsibilities:

  • Automation of business processes leveraging various IDP tools (mostly Hypatos),

  • Usage of other types of code within automations (JSONata, SQL, etc.),

  • Crafting advanced prompts to optimize Intelligent Document Processing workflows and improve automation outcomes,

  • Handling, processing, and analysing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency,

  • Infrastructure set up for automation.


Requirements:

  • Experience with at least one major IDP tool (preferably Hypatos),

  • Good knowledge of one of the major RPA Platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate),

  • Basic experience with programming languages,

  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts with a strong grasp of prompting (preferably with GPT),

  • Previous experience with OCR or document understanding technologies,

  • Experience with using and integrating APIs,

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues,

  • Business and process analysis skills, including estimation of development timelines,

  • Proper communication and escalation skills,

  • Good command of the English and Polish languages,

  • Enthusiastic and have a proactive attitude.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with JSONata, Python, JavaScript or other programming languages.

  • Experience with SQL databases.

  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP.

  • Understanding of Transactional business processes (AP, AR, Order Management, etc.)

  • Good command of German.
