About our Team

Samsung R&D Institute Poland is looking for Product Manager, for the team working on Samsung Wallet solution. The project team covers full product scope – from payment solution and Digital Identity, to the value added services (tickets, membership cards etc.). If you would like to work on innovative solutions from ideation, through proof of concept, to the commercialization phase, come and join us.

Mobile Payments are already revolutionizing the market. Digital ID is going to change the way we interact between our offline and online life. Therefore our Samsung Wallet team is growing and looking for new members.


We’re looking for a Product Manager passionate not only about identifying, understanding, and solving customer problems, but also about innovative solutions, which can change our everyday life. Role and Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of Product Management for assigned Wallet modules/ functionalities
  • Gather requirements and leading activities to address market specific needs in product development
  • Collaborating with company business divisions across Europe to identify, understand, and satisfy their needs
  • Identifying bottlenecks in existing solutions and proposing improvements
  • Research about innovative Payments/Digital Identity/Authentication solutions
  • Defining success/fail measures and ways to calculate them
  • Solution prototyping
  • Support development departments with launching product and its new versions to the market
  • Support Development team with product requirements
  • Support commercialization phase of Wallet App for EU region
  • Understand security and data protection measures
  • Participate in international meetings


Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex products in IT, Software Development or other Engineering domains
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Familiar with data protection best practices
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • IT related education or relevant commercial experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Fluency in business English (verbally and in writing)


Nice to have

  • Experience in working with multicultural organization
  • Understanding of Mobile Payments/Wallets market
  • Agile/Scrum experience,
  • Experience with JIRA, PLM
  • Knowledge of mobile security topics
  • Familiarity with mobile payments solutions (MDES, VTS)
  • Familiarity with various Digital ID related specifications and technologies (e.g. ISO mDL, Verifiable Credentials, OpenID, FIDO)
  • Familiarity with decentralized technologies
