Our mission is to support customers at various stages of their digital transformation, from data centers infrastructure automation, initial migration and cloud-native modernization to building platforms and scaling Infrastructure as Code processes for multiple development teams.We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Consultant eager to join us on this mission.(Senior) AWS Cloud Consultant - Amazon ConnectWhat will you be doing?Identify, evaluate and translate business needs into well-architected Amazon Connect contact center solutions tailored to customer service use casesAdvise and support customers throughout the implementation of Amazon Connect-based contact center platformsDesign and build customized IVR scenarios, call routing logic and agent workspace configurationsIntegrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lex, Lambda and DynamoDB, as well as external systems including CRM platformsSet up and optimize real-time monitoring, reporting and historical analytics for contact center performancePlan and deliver customer workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions and hands-on trainingsCreate test strategies, validation scenarios and structured rollout plans for new solutionsCollaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable and high-quality customer implementationsRequirements:Proven experience in delivering and implementing contact center solutions, preferably based on Amazon ConnectStrong hands-on expertise in designing and configuring IVR flows, call routing logic and agent workflowsSolid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Generative AI or Conversational AIAWS certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent) are considered a plusPractical experience with CTI integrations and API-based system connectivityAbility to understand business and customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutionsStrong motivation to work with modern technologies and continuously expand your technical skill setFull professional proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spokenAvailability for occasional travel related to customer engagementsTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to workBackground in STEM, formal IT training (e.g. application development) or equivalent hands-on experience in the IT fieldBenefits:Full-remote workFlat organizational structureKnowledge-sharing sessionsTeam-building meetingsEmployee referral program
