You will be identifying, defining, and solving business problems using systemic thinking and creativity, translating complex information into clear insights for stakeholders. You will anticipate risks, manage requirements, and design solutions that align with business drivers and competitive strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support programme management through impact assessments, ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives, and help drive business improvements across multiple regions and functions.Your main responsibilities:Identifying, analyzing, and solving business problems using systemic thinkingGathering, documenting, and managing requirements throughout project lifecycleTranslating complex information into clear and structured insights for stakeholdersDesigning solutions aligned with business drivers and competitive strategyAnticipating risks and implementing mitigation actions proactivelySupporting programme management with impact assessments and change initiativesDriving requirements management processes and ensuring alignment with target operating modelsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution deliveryRaising challenges constructively and facilitating resolutionMonitoring and supporting implementation of business changes across regionsYou're ideal for this role if you have:Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skillsExperience with design techniques and solution modelingKnowledge of change management and implementation approachesExperience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologiesFamiliarity with project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, or VisioUnderstanding of banking, financial services, or shared services organizationsExperience managing complex projects across multiple countries or regionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to anticipate issues and drive proactive solutionsIt is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of HSBC GPB and AvaloqPrior experience with large-scale financial programsExposure to cross-cultural or global project deliveryFamiliarity with business process modeling and impact analysisExperience in designing solutions for digital transformation initiativesWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
