As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.

Position Overview: As a Procurement Specialist at Epcido, you will play a pivotal role in managing both direct and indirect procurement activities. You will collaborate across multiple departments including tendering, installation, tools, and fleet management. Your key responsibilities will include building Bill of Materials (BOM), negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring all procurement activities comply with the company’s code of conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and coordinate direct and indirect procurement processes for materials, services, and equipment.

•Build and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) lists for projects.

•Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contracts.

•Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, mainly in Denmark, and source new vendors as needed.

•Collaborate closely with departments such as tender, installation, tools, and fleet to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

•Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

•Ensure procurement activities are conducted in compliance with the company’s code of conduct and ethical standards.

•Build relationships and network across our 7 sister companies within the Eltronic Group to foster collaboration and shared best practices.

Our requirements

•Proven track record in procurement, ideally within the construction or related industries.

•Experience managing procurement processes for both direct and indirect materials and services.

•Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on cost optimization.

•Ability to build and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) lists effectively.

•Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English.

•Experience working with international suppliers, particularly from Denmark, is a plus.

•Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is preferred.

•Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

•Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
