About the project

We’re looking for a curious and hands-on GenAI Developer who will help engineers work smarter by embedding Generative AI into everyday development tools and workflows. You will join a strategic project delivered together with our global client, best known worldwide for powering cloud communications APIs used for messaging, voice, video, and customer engagement across thousands of products. This role blends engineering, experimentation, and enablement-turning cutting-edge AI into practical value for teams at scale.

Your responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Generative AI models and internal developer platforms such as CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, and documentation systems
  • Prototype and validate AI-driven tools for code generation, reviews, testing, bug fixing, and knowledge discovery
  • Evaluate and integrate LLMs and GenAI APIs (e.g., from leading cloud and AI providers) into secure, scalable engineering workflows
  • Define and promote best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and responsible AI usage
  • Collect metrics and feedback to continuously improve AI solutions and developer experience
Our requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, developer tooling, or platform engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models or Generative AI solutions used in real-world or enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and programming languages such as Python or Go
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containers, or modern engineering toolchains is a strong advantage
  • Good command of English (B2/C1 level) for effective collaboration in an international environment
  • Residing in Poland required
