Join us and become part of the transformation of one of the largest retailers.Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work (70% office) As a SAP Consultant you will be working for our client, a prominent leader in the health and beauty retail sector, known for its extensive network of stores and a dynamic e-commerce platform. You will play a crucial role in a major, company-wide digital transformation project: the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. This is a strategic initiative aimed at modernizing core business processes, enhancing real-time data analytics, and future-proofing the company's enterprise resource planning system. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring a smooth transition, developing new functionalities, and optimizing the new system to support our client's complex retail operations.Your main responsibilities:Develop and customize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the S/4HANA environmentParticipate actively in all phases of the S/4HANA migration project, from design to post-go-live supportAnalyze and debug existing ABAP code in SAP ECC to prepare for migrationAdapt custom code to be compatible with the S/4HANA architectureCollaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation for all development objectsPerform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverablesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for the new S/4HANA systemYou're ideal for this role if you have:Proven experience as an SAP ABAP DeveloperHands-on experience with an SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projectStrong proficiency in ABAP programming, including object-oriented ABAP and the enhancement frameworkKnowledge of the S/4HANA architecture and the key changes from SAP ECCExperience with code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANAFamiliarity with SAP Fiori or UI5 development principlesA solid understanding of key SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FICOStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersEnglish language skills sufficient for working with technical documentationWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
