  • Vendor queries handling (via mail and phone)
  • Invoices processing in VIM (PO and Non-PO)
  • Payments processing and accounts reconciliation
  • Payments bank process
  • Accruals accounts reconciliation
  • Analysis of problematic cases raised by client
  • Rebooking processing
  • Ensuring compliance to SOP and all procedures
  • Root-cause analysis and issues resolution for blocked items
  • Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Our requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AP
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2)
  • Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses/ or already high experience in AP area
  • Problem solving, result-oriented, eye to detail
  • Very good teamwork
  • Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
  • Customer orientation and proactive approach
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Analytical skills
