The Analytics Platform Chapter is a dynamic and cross-functional team at the heart of our data-driven transformation. Join us in designing, building and maintaining a modern Analytical Platform (Azure Databricks) that enables scalable, secure and high-impact analytical solutions across the organization.Requirements description:1–3 years of experience in MLOps or ML Engineering.Familiarity with the Azure environment and DatabricksGood command of Python and SQL, experience with R is a plusBasic understanding of the ML model lifecycle.Experience with CI/CD and process automation.Knowledge of tools such as MLFlow, Kubernetes, Docker, Spark, REST APIsAbility to work in interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.Nice to have:Experience working closely with Data Science teams, especially in deploying or supporting ML models.Exposure to data workflows, feature engineering, or model evaluation.Interest in bridging experimentation and production in ML projects.Your responsibilitiesCollaborate on the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD processes for ML projects.Participate in the implementation of model monitoring, version management, and anomaly detection.Support Data Science teams in automating ML pipelines and applying MLOps best practices.Maintain and optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency.Assist in resolving incidents and technical issues related to ML pipelines.Work with technical and business teams to integrate ML solutions with organizational systems.Co-develop standards and best practices for using the analytical platform.What we offer:Employment based on employment contract / B2BFlexible starting hoursPossibility of full remote work / hybrid modelAttractive employee benefits package: private medical care (Luxmed), subsidy for Multisport card, additional benefits tailored to your needs within the cafeteria system, group insurance for employees on preferential termsOpportunity to receive an attractive bonus in the employee referral programPossibility to rent a company car for private useWe are dedicated to creating an inclusive recruitment process that upholds the principles of equal opportunity.
