Senior Java Developer with JSP

This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Java Developer (with JSP).Your duties will include:Independently estimate and plan backend features with high accuracy.Design and implement robust backend solutions using Java, JSP, Spring, REST API, OpenAPI, SQL.Collaborate with team leads and architects to ensure system design aligns with best practices.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of backend systems.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Requirements that must be met:7+ years of professional experience in backend development (Java-based stack).Strong expertise in: Java, JSP, Spring Framework, REST API, OpenAPI, SQL.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.Experience with system design and architectural principles.Ability to work on complex, non-greenfield projects (legacy systems experience is a plus).Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team leads and architects.Experience in large-scale enterprise systems.Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting in complex environments.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.Comfortable handling challenging projects and legacy codebases.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Very good English and Polish.Lead experience will be a plus.What we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
