If you are looking for challenges and want to gain valuable experience in an international business environment, XTB is the right place for you.We are a certified Great Place to Work company.Who is the Product Manager at XTB?You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction.You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market.You cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team.You are proficient in the world of metrics, justify your decisions with numbers and facts, and avoid “I think” statements.
