  • Conduct analytical reviews of month-end financial results, identifying key variances and trends.
  • Safeguard the integrity of consolidated financial data by examining reconciliation reports and necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of both system-generated and manual group-level adjustments, ensuring transparency and well-documented audit trails.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Changes in Equity) while ensuring adherence to IFRS, regulatory guidelines, and internal standards.
  • Integrate financial data from subsidiaries, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
  • Compile financial details, including IFRS 16 disclosures, cash flow analyses, and other key reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Develop the year-end financial reporting package.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Department to conduct FX evaluations and assess their influence on consolidated financial statements.
Wymagania pracodawcy
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, or a related field (professional qualification e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA will be a plus).
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, with a strong understanding of IFRS.
  • Experience in FX analysis.
  • Proficiency in the SAP financial system and advanced Excel skills.
