The teams are cross-functional and virtual, with members located in Scandinavia, Poland, and India. They consist of developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts / Webmasters, testers, and an operator.You will be responsible for ensuring that Scrum is well understood and that the teams adhere to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines, adapting them to best fit the teams’ specific needs. Responsibilities you'll haveLeading daily online stand-up meetingsPerforming JIRA sanity checksCreating new Jira tasks in collaboration with developersSupporting the team in writing clear Definitions of Done together with the business, ensuring aligned expectations and a shared understandingFacilitating sprint planning together with the Product OwnerDriving retrospectives, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-upServing as a technology partner to the Product Owner on the backlog for the corporate website, reporting to the functional leaderCoordinating technical resources when changes are made to the corporate website, including work performed by vendors and internal teams (QA, Architects, IT Analysts)Planning and managing the budget related to project funding with the Product Owner, and updating relevant tools (Power PPM, status, deliverables, finances, risks, etc.)Ensuring effective communication with stakeholdersMaintaining a single backlog of technology-related tasks, including maintenance, compliance, and change-related activitiesCollaborating with the team to plan the use of technical resources Expected competences and knowledgeAbility to work independently and take initiative on tasksAbility to collaborate effectively with developers and business stakeholdersAbility to drive improvements in team alignment and Agile practicesExperience as a Project Manager, with strong organisational and leadership capabilitiesCertification as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremoniesProficiency in Jira for task and workflow managementAbility to work effectively with remote and distributed teams in an online environmentStrong facilitation skills to lead meetings and workshops effectivelyFluency in English, both written and spokenHighly structured and detail-oriented approach to workTechnical background or understanding of software development processesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearlyStrong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment and engagement across teamsSAFe certification Nice to have knowledge and experience:Prior experience working within the banking sectorExperience with scaling Agile across an organisationFamiliarity with the financial services sector and its regulatory environment Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
