You will design, configure, test, and continuously improve SAP PP and QM modules to support global manufacturing and quality processes while maintaining alignment with the company’s business process standards.Your responsibilitiesSafeguard and evolve the Global Template (GT) for PP and QM, minimizing deviations from the established Business Process Documents (BPDs).Ensure all BPDs are kept current with approved updates.Manage change requests, critical incidents, and enhancement initiatives for PP and QM streams.Support and share knowledge with local level-1 support teams.Analyze business process requirements and configure SAP PP and QM to meet global standards.Lead or contribute to projects introducing new functionalities or optimizing existing processes.Collaborate with global cross-functional, development, and technical teams to coordinate and implement solutions.Create detailed functional design documents and ensure proper communication to technical build teams.Identify potential system limitations, suggest workarounds, and design efficient process solutions.Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, define objectives, and align global rollouts.Critically review solution designs to ensure optimization, simplicity, and maintainability.Collaborate with regional and local teams on the adoption and integration of globally recommended solutions.Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones and compliance with PMO governance for PP and QM streams.Track and report progress within the project governance framework.Our requirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in PP and QM modules, including at least one full-cycle implementation.Deep understanding of core manufacturing and quality business processes.Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP configuration and technical specifications.Experience preparing functional documentation, test cases, and results.Strong technical knowledge of SAP, including understanding of development concepts, dictionary objects, and customer enhancements.Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging.Experience integrating SAP with external systems and managing end-to-end solution architecture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.Fluent English (spoken and written).OptionalPrevious experience working in a global team or governance-based environment.Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects.This is how we organize our workThis is how we workat the client's siteyou focus on a single project at a timeyou develop several projects simultaneouslyyou have influence on the productyou focus on product developmentyou focus on code maintenanceThis is how we work on a projectdocumentationissue tracking toolstesting environmentsWhat we offerB2B cooperation with Optiveum, a Poland-based IT recruitment & outsourcing companyMonthly rate up to €6 500 (B2B)Long-term collaboration with a global enterprise100% remote work from PolandOn-time invoice paymentsCollaborative, innovation-driven environmentContinuous learning and professional development opportunitiesReal business impact in a global SAP programBenefitsremote work opportunitiesintegration eventsOPTIVEUM SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄOptiveum is a recruitment and consulting company created based on our 20-plus years of experience in HR & IT services.We work for Clients located in Poland and abroad providing our local and international Candidates with Project-based or Permanent job opportunities in a remote or office-based model.
