3 miesięcy temu

Kraków, małopolskie, Polska Euroclear Pełny etat

Division: CISO

IDAM has a suite of artefacts which define the scope of services IDAM provides, as well as the processes, controls and roles and responsibilities of the various stakeholders involved in the service. These artefacts are known collectively as the IDAM Operating Framework. The purpose of this role is to support the appropriate adherence to the framework by IDAM and non-IDAM teams, and to ensure the appropriate periodic update of the framework as the IDAM service changes and matures. This will also entail ensuring that associated documents such as standards and Standard Operating Procedures remain up-to-date and appropriate and aligned to the Operating Framework. This will involve working extensively with the IDAM teams to understand the service and how it relates to the framework, and in particular with the wider IDAM Governance team to ensure continued compliance with IDAM controls.

In this role you will

• Take ownership of the management and maintenance of the IDAM Framework artefacts,

• Ensure appropriate alignment of the artefacts to IDAM processes and controls through periodic review – and following change activity,

• Align artefacts to any changes in the control, technology environment or standards to support continued compliance,

• Work with the various actors involved in the delivery of IDAM processes to ensure that procedures and processes are described accurately and clearly - and are delivered consistently,

• Support the running of a centre of excellence for process management within IDAM,

• Work with non-IDAM stakeholders to ensure that inter-Tribe dependencies (processes and data) are appropriately delivered or performed,

• Work with IDAM Governance colleagues to assess deviations from the described processes to ensure any arising risks are understood and appropriately managed.

You will bring

• An ability to interpret complex and cross-functional business processes and document them in clear process guides and business process models,

• Familiarity with drafting and reviewing technical or security standards,

• Experience at navigating a complex technology environment,

• Confidence in robustly challenging stakeholders to ensure that presented information is complete, accurate and in line with control expectations,

• Great organisational skills to support in managing the artefacts of a large and ever changing service,

• An appreciation of key IDAM concepts and controls, such as least privilege, role based access control, need to know, just in time provisioning etc.
