Your responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact for BSv and CIS Leadership in Europe
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Align IT services with business goals and strategies
• Communicate IT initiatives and developments clearly
• Advocate for Group IT and coordinate service deployments
• Manage escalations and identify synergies and cost savings
• Support bids and maintain strong internal IT connections

Our requirements

• Executive presence: able to work effectively with business stakeholders and become a trusted sparring partner
• Strong communication and facilitation skills: able to clearly communicate information to the business leadership and collect relevant feedback
• Leadership: able to provide directions to Group IT service delivery teams
• Experience in: delivering IT and consulting services with a solid understanding of how IT services can enable the creation of value in the organization.
• Building bridges: improving the cooperation between business and IT and positively influences the mindset within both organizations
• Expertise in: Account/Engagement Management, IT Service Management, Delivery Management, Business Relationship Management, Business Analysis
