OpenShift Subject Matter Expert

Location: Fully RemoteSalary: 150 - 200 PLN net/h
Tasks- Design and advise on OpenShift architecture and integrations.
- Maintain and optimize OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support incident resolution.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
- Plan capacity, perform platform upgrades, and automate operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Must Have:
- 3–6 years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes (SRE, DevOps, or similar roles).
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration, networking, and security.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift CLI, Operators, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of OpenShift Service Mesh, Pipelines, and GitOps.
- Certifications (Red Hat OpenShift, CKA).
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise deployments and advanced networking solutions.
