and where you’ll have the opportunity to grow, learn, and constantly find new areas of inspiration.Your responsibilitiesDesign and assess target-state architectures (cloud, hybrid, on-premises) including transition roadmaps, risks, and cost considerationsTranslate business requirements into technical architectures, ensuring feasibility, compliance, and strategic alignmentAct as a trusted technical advisor to Business, IT, Security, and Delivery teamsProduce high-quality architectural documentation (conceptual, logical, and high-level physical designs) and present recommendations to stakeholdersContribute to digital transformation initiatives and advisory offerings across CEESupport solution cost estimation and TCO analysis for cloud and on-prem environmentsReview and challenge proposed technical solutions to ensure architectural integrity and long-term sustainabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams in multi-country and multi-stakeholder environmentsSupport knowledge sharing, mentoring, and architectural best practices within the teamOur requirementsRequired experience (hard criteria)-5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior technical consulting roles- Proven experience in defining target architectures and architectural decision trade-offs- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with Microsoft Azure as a primary platform- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC, financial services, public sector)- Strong experience in collaborating with Business, IT, Security, and external vendors- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders- Professional proficiency in EnglishTechnical and architectural competencies- Cloud and hybrid architecture (Azure IaaS/PaaS, identity, networking, security)- On-premises and hybrid environments (Windows-based platforms, virtualization, enterprise networking)- Identity and access architecture (directory services, Entra ID / IAM concepts)- Application and integration architecture (APIs, messaging/queuing, SDLC)- DevOps and delivery practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Azure DevOps)- Containerization and modern runtime platforms (AKS, Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps)- Data and information architecture fundamentals (data modeling, classification, governance)- Security, compliance, and monitoring concepts (ISO 27001, SOC 2, SIEM, logging & monitoring)- Cost modelling and optimization for cloud and on-prem solutionsConsulting & soft skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces- Ability to clearly articulate architectural decisions, risks, and trade-offs- Experience contributing to advisory deliverables, assessments, or proposals- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration capabilities- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively across parallel initiatives- Readiness and willingness to continuously expand knowledge and skillsOptionalExperience with AI-enabled solutions or automation (e.g. Azure AI Services, RAG patterns)Exposure to data management or data transformation programsExperience working in international / multi-country delivery modelsWhat we offerHybrid workFinancing of professional qualifications -
