We are looking for Test Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works for a client in the aerospace sector. You will work in an industrial, stable environment in multinational team for a major aeronautical manufacturer. The program involves wide portfolio of applications developed by multiple teams in modern technologies that support pilots, crew, and airline in planning flights or various airport operations. Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated)Testing new functionalities and performing regression testing of existing modulesEnsure quality of delivered software solutions in collaboration with developers and analystsParticipate in SAFe ceremoniesReport and track defects, ensuring timely resolutionSupport knowledge transfer and integration with other squads in ARTGather and interpret business requirements, translate them into IT/system specificationContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and toolsEnsure compliance with quality standards and best practicesTech Stack on the project:CI/CD tools (e.g. TeamCity, Octopus, GitLab)Agility / Confluence for agile project managementCloud-based environments (Azure).NET application with various interfaces (Web, mobile, WPF)MS SQL ServerMust have requirements:Experience in software testing (manual + automation)Knowledge of test design techniques and defect managementFamiliarity with agile methodologies (Scrum)Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in test environmentsAbility to distinguish between business, functional, and non-functional requirementsExperience in multi-IT environments (apps, portals, back-office systems, hardware communication, third-party integrations)Nice to have requirements:Certifications ISTQB or similarThe recruitment process in our company consist of two stages:a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max)one-hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions)What we offer:BENEFITS (UoP): Luxmed, Medicover Sport, Worksmile, educational platforms, language courses, referral bonus, copyrights, life insuranceDEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES: certifications (paid by the company), conferences, Tech LunchesRegardless of the feedback we come back to our candidates.If you find this offer interesting and you would like to learn more about the project, send us your up-dated CV in English containing the clause: "I agree to the processing by Sopra Steria Polska Sp. z o.o. and other entities within the Sopra Steria Group of my personal data contained in my CV for the purposes of the current recruitment process and future recruitment processes conducted by any entity within the Sopra Steria Group."
