About the project

Join an exciting new project for our global client – a world-renowned provider of cloud communication solutions empowering businesses to build innovative voice, video, and messaging experiences. Their technology connects millions of users daily and drives the future of digital communication.

We’re assembling a brand-new team and are looking for an experienced Python Developer with a strong engineering background and a genuine interest in AI. As the first member of this initiative, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction, building scalable systems, and experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Your responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend services throughout the full SDLC
  • Build and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS, focusing on scalability and reliability
  • Integrate and experiment with AI components such as LLMs, agent frameworks, and retrieval augmentation
  • Contribute to secure software design, covering threat modeling, secrets management, and API hardening
  • Explore and apply emerging AI interoperability standards (e.g. MCP servers, Model Context Protocol)
  • Drive a test-first culture with comprehensive unit, integration, and automation testing
  • Work independently in a fast-moving environment, collaborating closely with a technical lead
Our requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development
  • Proven track record across the full software lifecycle, including deployment and operations
  • Strong grasp (or keen interest) in AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt orchestration, and AI agents
  • Practical experience with AWS and cloud-native development
  • Solid understanding of software security and best DevSecOps practices
  • Proactive, autonomous mindset with ownership and accountability
  • Exposure to TypeScript, Go, or Java
  • Residing in Poland required
