Quality Inspector

• Support the process of conducting quality assurance of products to ensure that the quality is in line with company and international standards
• Analyse and/or inspect at the stage of internal or external customer complaints, identifying the root cause and taking or triggering the appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate closely with colleagues of different departments such as internal and external sales, warehouse
• Carry out tasks with a strong customer focus, and within the framework of defined business processes

• Good technical knowledge, more specifically in agricultural machinery
• Familiarity with quality measurements tools (e.g. calipers)
• Strong customer mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong analytical judgment skills
• Ownership and initiative
