You will play a crucial role in ensuring critical systems meet business requirements by designing, executing, and overseeing functional, non-functional, and automated testing activities. Join us to shape the future of digital banking and accelerate your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.Your main responsibilities:Translating business use cases into functional, non-functional, and regression test scenariosDesigning and executing end-to-end testing across multiple platformsProviding consultancy to functional test teams and documenting business scenariosCoordinating with business analysts during requirement gathering and project demosContributing to test strategy preparation, project estimation, and automated test designCapturing, tracking, and retesting defects until closureEvaluating testing impact across projects and writing automated regression test scenariosConducting test result walkthroughs and publishing daily project status updatesEnsuring test data quality and availability for all testing phasesCapturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projectsYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum of 4 years of experience in testing within banking or financial servicesStrong knowledge of testing methodologies and strategiesExperience in functional, API, automation, and performance testingProficiency with testing tools such as SQL, Cucumber, Selenium, Tosca, Python, REST API, and JIRAHands-on experience working in Agile and DevOps environmentsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience coordinating teams and maintaining stakeholder relationshipsSolid understanding of software project lifecycleCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive attitudeAbility to adapt swiftly to fast-paced, dynamic work environmentsIt is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of Java or Business Driven Development (BDD)Experience supporting PVT and production issue testingWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
