our client for the position of Supply Chain and Logistic Coordinator / Manager.

Your responsibilities
  • Management of all logistics and delivery activities at the plant and at the group level
  • Managing a logistic and procurement team
  • Conduct thorough analysis and develop strategic solutions to optimize logistics and procurement workflows
  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related queries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Screening of procurement markets, conducting supplier audits
  • Developing support systems and processes to improve existing production
  • Identification of opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth and business development
  • Making improvements to inventory accuracy, rotation and reporting
  • Support for production and outbound logistic by monitoring and optimalization o internal flow of goods, production logistics and inventory management
  • Identifying and resolving critical issues affecting the delivery of products and services
Employer requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company in a rapidly changing production environment
  • Higher education (preferred in a field of study)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience with manufacturing industry requirements
  • Knowledge of the international market
  • Practical knowledge of production ERP systems: SAP
  • Ability to interpret complex data, clearly communicating solutions to the logistics team and senior management
  • Very good leadership and decision-making skills, managing and motivating a team
  • Good analytical skills to support plant performance, ability to set goals and achieve results
