You will be contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the quality and reliability of complex financial systems across global operations. The project involves coordinating testing activities, managing test teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a critical role in test planning, execution, and process improvement, driving excellence in testing standards while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to meet business and technical goals.Your main responsibilities:Planning and managing detailed test activities for assigned projectsGuiding and monitoring the team throughout the test lifecycleDefining test scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with project goalsDesigning, preparing, and executing test cases based on requirementsEnsuring test environments and test data are correctly set up for executionConducting test design walkthroughs and reviews with stakeholdersManaging defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processesMaintaining test traceability and ensuring documentation completenessCoordinating with onsite teams and test managers for issue resolutionImplementing process improvements and ensuring adherence to quality standardsYou're ideal for this role if you have:More than 6 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership roleStrong understanding of software development and testing lifecyclesProven ability to plan, allocate, and monitor team tasks effectivelyExperience managing testing projects from design to deliveryProficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as QC and JIRASolid understanding of test data management, defect resolution, and test designFunctional expertise in the banking and payment domainsStrong communication and coordination skills in global environmentsAbility to identify risks and develop mitigation strategiesFlexible approach with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilitiesIt is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of automation tools such as TOSCA or xFrameworkHands-on experience with AS400 (IBM iSeries) systemsUnderstanding of change and defect prevention management processesExperience implementing test process improvements based on lessons learnedExposure to Agile testing methodologies and continuous delivery environmentsWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in various, innovative, and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
