We are seeking a capable .NET Engineering Lead to join a project for one of our key Clients.As an Engineering Lead, you'll supervise 3–7 direct reports, focusing on their professional growth while continuing your hands-on contributions as a Software Engineer. Your role includes guiding and assessing engineers, as well as managing team performance and development.
