For our Client, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead advanced AI and data-driven initiatives within a fast-growing, technology-focused environment. This role combines project leadership, technical understanding, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality AI and data solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data and AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to assess feasibility, define scope, and support pre-sales activities.

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and quality controls supporting AI-driven workflows.

  • Develop, validate, and enhance datasets, including synthetic data used for model training and testing.

  • Support deployment and operationalisation of machine learning solutions in production environments.

  • Resolve technical challenges, optimise existing processes, and improve delivery efficiency.

  • Contribute to the evolution of internal standards, tools, and methodologies.

  • Identify opportunities to extend project scope and add long-term value for clients.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, data engineering, or closely related roles.

  • Strong command of Python and SQL, with practical experience using analytical and visualization libraries such as pandas, Plotly, Streamlit, or Dash.

  • Experience working with machine learning systems, including model deployment and evaluation.

  • Ability to work with APIs and interpret technical documentation effectively.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficient English and international working experience.
