For our Client, a global leader in FMCG industry with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Junior Accountant.

Your responsibilities
  • efficiently process, digitize, and categorize invoices according to procedures, local processes, and tax regulations,
  • verify invoice accuracy by comparing with purchase orders and documentation,
  • support digitalization for improved record-keeping and accessibility,
  • assist in reviewing aged vendor items and resolving discrepancies,
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth P2P processing,
  • maintain and update knowledge on accounting and tax requirements through provided training and materials.
Employer requirements
  • minimum half a year of experience in finance or accounting,
  • understanding of the core principles of the P2P process,
  • practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP),
  • experience in a Shared Service Center will be an asset,
  • proactive approach with a focus on process improvement,
  • strong analytical skills with attention to detail,
  • very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level),
  • fluency in Dutch will be a plus.
