For our client, a company which is a leading logistics operator in the automotive industry, offering a wide range of services such as domestic distribution, domestic and international freight forwarding, warehouse logistics, sea and air transport, as well as customs agency services, we are looking for Junior Distribution Coordinator.


The company has a network of 9 logistics platforms and offices, employs over 200 employees in Poland and serves over 1200 customers.

Tasks:
  • Ensure proper management of distribution of finished vehicles for domestic markets.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Oversee contracted transport and compound providers to maintain expected performance.
  • Take necessary actions in case of supplier failure and manage supplier relationships.
  • Manage transport flows to meet quality, cost, and time standards.
  • Update monitoring tables for accurate reporting.
  • Facilitate communication between client, suppliers, and internal departments.

✅ Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
  • Desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
  • Good command of German(B2 level).
