See how you can be a part of the digital revolution and apply to join us todayAbout the roleAs a Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering integration architectures that enable conversational and voice AI experiences across ERGO Group’s digital insurance platforms. This role requires technical understanding of contact center systems, cloud-native architecture, and integration with complex enterprise ecosystems, including both on-premise and cloud components.You’ll collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, development, and security teams to ensure that all solutions are scalable, compliant with DORA/VAIT, and aligned with ERGO’s governance standards. Your work will focus on pragmatic delivery, helping cross-functional teams bring intelligent automation to life in a secure, compliant, and efficient manner. You’ll act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders, working in cross-functional agile environments to deliver strategic capabilities in contact center modernization and AI enablement.How you will get the job donedesigning and delivering integration architecture that connects bots (chat/voice) to insurance services like claims, underwriting, and policy servicingleading the technical definition and documentation of architecture solutions and security countermeasures in coordination with ERGO’s internal frameworksbuilding integration layers across on-premise systems and AWS-based cloud services using APIs, message buses, and serverless technologiesensuring all architecture meets regulatory and compliance standards, specifically DORA and VAITcollaborating with telephony and contact center teams to design solutions for call routing, voice flows, and hybrid voice/chat environmentsdocumenting solutions including architecture decisions, risks, tech debt, and requirementsusing ArchiMate to create models as part of your architecture documentationengaging in cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, operations, and vendor teamssupporting development teams by explaining architectural designs and providing reference implementations or technical spikes when neededdriving architectural consistency and integration quality across large-scale digital transformation projectsSkills and experience you will needfluent spoken and written EnglishBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience in a related fieldmin. 6+ years’ experience in software architecture and enterprise system integrationproven delivery of solutions in large-scale, cross-functional IT projects, ideally in regulated environments (insurance, banking, etc.)hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, especially AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Step Functions, etc.)strong understanding of web application integration, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectureworking knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, and orchestrationgood understanding of contact center systems and telephony infrastructure—call flows, SIP, IVR logic, etc.experience in modelling, documenting, and maintaining living documentation in Confluence or similar toolssolid communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ability to explain architecture to developers and non-technical stakeholders and preparation to present review boards to enterprise architecturecomfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions in enterprise-scale, matrixed environmentsNice to havefamiliarity with GenAI/chatbot platforms (Cognigy, Dialogflow, Azure Bot Service, etc.) is a plusPerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
