IT Operations & Infrastructure ManagerMiejsce pracy: WrocławYour responsibilitiesThe IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager leads and evolves the core operational areas of the IT function at FutureMeds. This role oversees global IT Operations and provides leadership to the IT Service Delivery Manager, ensuring consistent, reliable, and secure IT services across all countries.Beyond operational leadership, this position plays a key role in shaping the company’s infrastructure landscape. FutureMeds continues to expand its digital footprint across multiple regions, and this role will guide, coordinate, and further strengthen the infrastructure domain - helping ensure that platforms, networks, devices, and cloud services are modern, scalable, and well-integrated. As the organization grows, the IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager will contribute to developing a more mature infrastructure function, potentially incorporating areas such as endpoint management, cloud platforms, networking, and security operations.Additionally, the role leads operational and infrastructure IT projects, supports process standardization across the company, and ensures the stability, resilience, and long-term scalability of systems supporting clinical operations and corporate teams.IT Operations Leadership- Lead and coordinate day-to-day IT operations across all FutureMeds locations.- Define and evolve IT operational processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem Management).- Ensure a consistent and predictable operational experience across countries and clinical sites.- Establish and maintain operational standards, SOPs, and best practices.- Drive automation and efficiency improvements using ITSM tools, AI or RPA solutions.Leadership of IT Service Delivery- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the IT Service Delivery Manager.- Ensure high-performing Service Desk operations and exceptional customer experience.- Manage Major Incident processes, ensuring effective coordination and communication.- Support continuous improvement of the ITSM platform and service workflows.- Maintain high levels of satisfaction and quality across internal customer groups.IT Infrastructure Ownership- Guide and coordinate FutureMeds’ infrastructure roadmap across cloud, network, endpoint, identity, and on-site technologies.- Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of global infrastructure components.- Support lifecycle planning, modernization initiatives, and operational readiness for new locations.- Lead improvements in monitoring, resilience, capacity planning, and performance management.- Collaborate with security and data privacy teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.IT Project Delivery- Lead operational and infrastructure IT projects from scoping to implementation.- Own the roadmap for infrastructure and operational improvements.- Coordinate cross-team resources, risk mitigation, timelines, and delivery outcomes.- Ensure project alignment with strategy, security requirements, and clinical operations needs.- Provide project updates to stakeholders and help embed changes across the organization.- Stakeholder & Vendor Management- Act as a key operational point of contact for internal stakeholders, regional leaders, and external vendors.- Manage operational vendor relationships to ensure performance, security, and value.- Support cost optimization and renewals through service evaluations and usage insights.- Ensure effective IT readiness for new clinical sites, offices, and business initiatives.Our requirementsProven experience in IT operations management and infrastructure support.Strong understanding of networking, server management, and cloud environments.Proficiency in ITIL framework and best practices for service management.Experience with monitoring and optimization of system performance and reliability.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and implementation of security measures.Leadership skills to manage and mentor technical teams effectively.Ability to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.Strong project management skills, with experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Familiarity with virtualized environments and container orchestration technologies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders.Experience with budgeting and cost management in IT operations.Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often required.Benefitssharing the costs of sports activitiesprivate medical carelife insuranceintegration eventscoffee / teaWszystkie informacje o przetwarzaniu danych osobowych w tej rekrutacji znajdziesz w formularzu aplikacyjnym, po kliknięciu w przycisk "Aplikuj Teraz".
