Business Analyst

Twój zakres obowiązków


  • Dokonywanie analiz portfela (m.in. stan portfela, marżowość, rentowność, szkodowość).
  • Uczestnictwo w tworzeniu nowych produktów.
  • Zarządzanie zmianą produktu (analiza ich wpływu na projekt).
  • Współpraca z innymi działami w firmie.
  • Tworzenie regulaminów, procedur oraz instrukcji.
  • Raportowanie realizacji celów do bezpośredniego przełożonego.
  • Inne zadania zlecone przez bezpośredniego przełożonego.


Nasze wymagania


  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: matematyka, ekonometria.
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze taryfikacji, analiz lub planowania i kontrolingu.
  • Wcześniejsze doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
  • Znajomość produktów ubezpieczeniowych, bankowych i leasingowych.
  • Umiejętność budowania modeli biznesowo -finansowych.
  • Dobra znajomość programów: Excel (w tym VBA), Power Point, Power BI, SQL
  • Wysokie zdolności analityczne.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy oraz samodzielność.
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz podejmowania krytycznych decyzji przy zachowaniu procedur.
  • Terminowość.
