Project Buyer

• responsibility for the entire procurement CAPEX process, including selecting and contracting suppliers for technical components, machinery and infrastructure needs
• selection of new suppliers ensuring cost, quality and delivery reliability
• conduct negotiations, manage supplier relationships and monitor their performance
• responsibility for planning and coordinating procurement activities
• maintaining accurate records of purchases, prices and resolving any issues with suppliers and deliveries
• control and optimize costs within the procurement process
• create reports on purchasing activities and results and analyze industry trends
• following company policies and procedures
• cooperation with other departments

• higher education
• experience in similar projects and in purchasing goods and technical services
• fluent in both English and Polish
• strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• motivation to work, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• willingness to travel on business
