A global client from the banking industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver strategic initiatives on an international scale.

Your responsibilities
  • Establishing relationships with key project stakeholders
  • Planning, mobilizing, and delivering multiple work streams of large-scale and complex initiatives end-to-end
  • Proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
  • Ensuring the adoption and deployment of the Change Framework within the initiative, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours
Our requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Project Management area
  • Banking projects background
  • Knowledge of the methodology of project management a tan advanced level
  • Technical knowledge in designing and building IT systems
  • Practical ability to use technologies in the field of project management
  • Independence and good organization of work
  • Very good command of the English language – as a must
  • Fluent Polish required
