Requirements:

  • Good English,

  • Experience working with Excel,

  • Experience with high volume data entry and attention to details, basic knowledge about accounting

  • Higher education in economics/accounting

  • Knowledge of Polish tax regulations regarding sales/purchase invoices

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Payable:

    Enter all invoices daily from vendors into NetSuite ERP system\

    Review monthly customer statements to ensure all invoices have been captured and entered correctly

    Record payments made in NetSuite upon completion of pay run weekly

    Issuing and booking sales invoices

  2. Accounts Receivable

    Enter monthly rate changes in ERP system

    Assist Billing team with daily billing tasks when time is available

    Assist with special billing projects when needed

    Contact with customers, monitoring the status of receivables
