Join a fast-moving team building data pipelines that power a global SaaS platform for industrial asset management. You’ll lead engineering practices, mentor a small team, and collaborate across product and domain experts to turn complex customer data into reliable, actionable insights.


Tech stack & responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in Python

  • Use Databricks, Spark, and SQL for processing and analysis

  • Collaborate via Gitlab, contribute integration tests and smart documentation

  • Configure new tenants and streamline onboarding workflows

  • Work closely with product and domain experts to improve data quality and accessibility


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in data engineering or similar

  • Strong Python skills and experience with production-grade pipelines

  • Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, and relational databases

  • Solid understanding of testing frameworks and version control

  • Fluent English (B2+), collaborative mindset, and adaptability in international teams


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or NoSQL/graph databases

  • Willingness to travel abroad twice a year for on-site workshops
