FlowMEE tworzy pierwszą w Europie platformę autonomicznej księgowości opartej na AI. Nasze inteligentne agenty księgowe analizują dane, wykonują procesy i wysyłają informacje do systemów ERP klientów – całkowicie automatycznie. Wchodzimy w etap intensywnego skalowania produktu i potrzebujemy CTO, który przejmie ster technologiczny i pomoże nam zbudować europejski standard księgowości przyszłości.



Twoja rola:

Jako CTO będziesz odpowiedzialny za rozwój architektury systemu, bezpieczeństwo, jakość kodu oraz skalowalność platformy na poziomie enterprise. Szukamy osoby, która potrafi łączyć wizję z praktyką i chce współtworzyć produkt, który realnie zmienia rynek finansowo-księgowy.



Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Budowa i rozwój architektury FlowMEE (microservices, integracje, AI workflows).

  • Odpowiedzialność za całość technologii, procesy developerskie i roadmapę techniczną.

  • Projektowanie interfejsów integracyjnych (API) oraz standardów łączenia FlowMEE z systemami ERP.

  • Nadzór nad bezpieczeństwem danych, autoryzacją, audit logiem i zgodnością z regulacjami.

  • Skalowanie platformy AI – optymalizacja workerów, kolejek i pipeline’ów danych.

  • Współpraca z CEO i zespołem produktowym przy szybkim wdrażaniu stabilnych funkcji.

  • Budowanie i prowadzenie zespołu technologicznego.

  • Decyzje dotyczące infrastruktury (Docker, Kubernetes, chmura).



Wymagania:

  • Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia jako CTO.

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość: Python, REST API, SQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

  • Doświadczenie w architekturze mikroserwisowej i budowie systemów SaaS.

  • Doświadczenie w integracjach B2B (ERP, CRM, systemy finansowe).

  • Wiedza z zakresu bezpieczeństwa aplikacji i IAM.

  • Samodzielność w podejmowaniu decyzji technologicznych.

  • Myślenie skalowalne – platforma obsługuje duże wolumeny danych.



Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z AI, automatyzacją procesów, MLOps/LLMOps.

  • Architektura event-driven (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

  • Doświadczenie w produktach finansowych lub regulowanych.
