Your responsibilities- Collaborate with the tax team on tax provision calculations for statutory and US-GAAP books.
- Monitor income tax payments and reconcile tax-related GL accounts.
- Ensure timely submission of income tax returns and compliance with tax obligations.
- Assist in audits by tax authorities and respond to VAT-related inquiries.
- Support the indirect tax team in preparing VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and VAT GL reconciliations.
- Conduct SOX controls related to tax processes.
- Gather and analyze data for annual Transfer Pricing documentation and review Transfer Pricing reports.
- Calculate depreciation and amortization based on applicable tax rules.
- Education in Finance.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian.
- Experience in indirect tax - related role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
