We are seeking a driven and innovative ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team and help design and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform.


In this role, you will play a key role in a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers worldwide.


We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.



Responsibilities

  • Analyze, estimate and design technical solutions based on ServiceNow platform
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
  • Oversee the development process and make sure that requirements are implemented according to the client’s needs and best practices
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions
  • Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
  • Create and maintain design specifications and architectural diagrams
  • Design, develop and present proof of concepts
  • Participate in interviews and skill assessment sessions related to ServiceNow development


Requirements

  • Proficiency in multiple applications and modules of the ServiceNow platform
  • Expertise in developing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating numerous third-party systems
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical information for a variety of audiences
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks
  • Background in leading and guiding a team of developers
  • Experience engaging directly with both technical and business stakeholders from the client side
  • English proficiency at B2+ level
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, AngularJS
